So if you are 40 years old and a dwarf, you still qualify for a half ticket on the state transport buses in Tamil Nadu. I thought it was brilliantly stupid.

THINK BEFORE YOU SAY "BRILLIANTLY STUPID"...dwarf do not contribute much weight in the bus, hence less GAS consumption. Then why sould they pay the full ticket? Also, they occupy less space. I think it should be a rule all over India. Maybe there is some more to it!
Interesting pic..I think I'd have to pay full ticket if I travelled on that bus from the age of 11!
